It is important that we are transparent about our process and working with us so please see some frequently asked questions about our interview process.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We understand how long and tedious the recruitment process can take, which is why once you have spoken to one of our in-house talent partners the rest of the process should take a maximum of two weeks and we will of course keep you updated along the way.
What are the stages?
The stages may vary depending on the position, but for the most part the interview stages are the following:
– Phone Screening with Talent Manager
– 1st Interview with Team Manager
– 2nd Interview/or Task with Team Manager
– Values Interview with People & Culture Director (including a personality questionnaire)
– Offer (fingers crossed)
Where do you hire?
We are at a very exciting time of growth here at Contentive and are now hiring talent from across the globe including UK, India, US and South Africa.
Do you have a graduate scheme?
We don’t currently have an active graduate scheme; however, we do welcome graduate students and we do offer summer internships. All our opportunities at Contentive are real, you won’t just be making teas and coffees, but will be given responsibility and ownership from the offset, coupled with training and support of course! Over the years, individuals who have joined fresh out of university with the right mindset have had an incredible career at Contentive, progressing to Managers and Heads of in our business.
Do you keep past applicants on file for future openings?
Of course! Just because you may not be suitable for one position doesn’t mean we will forget you. We will be in touch if there is any other position that might be a good fit. It is also worth following us on Linked In and connecting with the HR team on Linked In. We do have a GDPR policy in place, which enables us to keep your CV on file for up to 12 months.

Do you have clear Career Pathways across the company?
Yes, your career progression is important to us and we have worked hard to put clear career paths in place. This can be discussed further during the interview process and if successful as part of your monthly review with your manager. Equally, you might not know where you wish to take your career and we can help you with this through development discussed throughout your time at Contentive.

Our mission is to connect senior level executives across HR, Finance and Marketing (decision maker) with tech vendors (suppliers) who’s technology will help transform their business and enable them to succeed in their roles.
