HRD Summit Brings Together Leaders in HR, People Management and Talent

Last week our events team hosted our flagship event, the HRD Summit and awards (6 – 7 February) in Birmingham with a focus on HR Innovation.

The conference brought together over 1400 C-level HR professionals to learn about and discuss the latest innovation in HR technology and people management.

At this year’s HRD Summit, the evolution of HR and the ever changing business landscapes through data, AI and globalistion has been very topical, and we anticipate these key trends will continue to grow and develop moving forward.

The HR Distinction Awards hosted on 6th February celebrated the most creative and engaging company projects, as well as inspirational individuals who are the rising stars of the industry.

Connecting HR directors with innovative solutions

For our partners, we provided a unique opportunity to meet and connect with senior HR directors from large corporate brands and SMEs. From speaking opportunities, to hosting intimate roundtable sessions and awards sponsorship, we worked closely with our commercial partners to create bespoke packages.

Match Meetings

We collected buying intelligence from key decision makers including budget, key business challenges and purchasing requirements, and match our partners via a bespoke algorithm to those who need a specific business-case solution. In the lead up to the event, our team provided full contact details, arranging 1:1 business meetings onsite, creating focused networking opportunities.

Tech Village

Newly launched for 2018, The Tech Village showcased the most disruptive innovations in HR technology with live demos and networking opportunities between delegates and early stage tech startups. Each partner had their own branded space and demo screen, and invited attendees for 1:1 meetings, developing new business relationships with senior HR buyers.

Roundtable Sessions

Roundtable sessions were hosted by our partners to bring together industry thought leaders for an intimate discussions around specific challenges and transferable solutions. These sessions were designed to provide key insights on industry trends and for attendees to learn from their peers in the field, from best practice to HR strategy.
